I had a vision- Best of eye care to the poorest of the poor, even at the remotest place. Globe Eye Foundation was conceived to realize that vision. The GEF Eye Hospital at Hosakote, built from ground zero, was an important milestone on the path to our goal. We have been able to improve and expand our services to the community significantly. It is our dream at Globe Eye Foundation to cover all districts of Karnataka with our Eye care service network. We remember all our donors with profound sense of gratitude. In 2009 we were joined in our endeavour by the members of the C P Bothra Trust with the promise to spur on our efforts towards our goal In 2014 we revived a non-functional eye hospital in Chintamani,Lions GEF Eye Hospital 5th October 2022, we moved to new premises and started functioning independently as GEF Chintamani, our second hospital.
